We offer 14-Days warranty or replacement policy

At Driker, our return policies prioritize our buyers. To minimize returns, we rigorously vet all our sellers and thoroughly check each device to ensure it meets your order specifications and our grading standards. However, if you need to return a product or request a replacement, the process is straightforward.

The Return Process

Email us a return request

You will need to email us officially info@gmail.com 

Provide Return Details

Provide us with the corresponding details such as: Reasons for return, return details, return options, proof of images etc.

Driker Receives the Return Request

A representative from Driker will be assigned to you to follow up on the return request and return arrangements.

Receive Credit/Devices

After the return is received and processed, a credit note will be issued or a replacement for the returned device(s) will be shipped.

Driker Electronics Limited required all persons and entities that purchase products from Driker's consultative service to offer Buyers the following limited warranty on Products sold through the company (this "Limited Warranty").

1. What is covered by this Limited Warranty?


This Limited Warranty is gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Namely, the Seller warrants to the original Buyer of the Product of Driker Electronics (as documented by a valid proof of purchase - e.g. a receipt or official invoice) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under a normal use for 14-Days after the delivery dates (the "Warranty Period").

Any defect that appears during the Warranty period is assumed to have been present at the time of delivery. It is the Seller's responsibility to prove that any damage is not covered by this Limited Warranty or did not exist as a defect in the Product at the time of delivery. Furthermore, the Seller will handle the return of the Product within 24 hours after the Buyer completes the online return form and submits the necessary supporting documentation.

To that, Driker Electronics will send a return label to the Buyer so that they can return their Product to us. The cost of this label will be responsible by Driker if the buyer's claim falls within the present Limited Warranty, and by Driker otherwise.

Depending on the actual condition or situation of the product, Driker shall offer an option for exchange, repair or credit extension to the Buyer within 7 business day from receipt of the Product(s) by Driker (it being specified that in case of exchange or repair, Driker will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired product to the buyer).

Please be aware that you must return the defective Product either in its original packaging or in packaging that offers equal protection, along with proof of purchase, to the address specified by Driker. Driker will only ship replacement or repaired products internationally, and any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Any replacement product will be covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

2. How long does the coverage last?

The Limited Warranty lasts for fourteen (14) days, starting on the date the product is delivered to the buyer. If clients have purchased either brand new or CPO stocks, those will come with manufacturer 1-year warranty. ASIS models, however, does not fall into any warranty coverage based on industry standard. 

3. What is not covered?

This Limited Warranty is excluded in the following cases:

Product that is oxidized, 

 

  • Damage or failure arising out of an accident, One or several components of the Products were manipulated by the buyer or by a third party not authorized by Driker in connection with the defect for which the buyer seeks warranty coverage, 

  • Damage or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or incorrect voltage supply are not covered.

  • Any loss exceeding the original or replacement value (whichever is lower) of the Product is also not covered. 

  • Damage or failure caused by interference with other electronic devices, alterations, firmware flashing, or BIOS flashing is excluded.

4. How to obtain warranty service?

To obtain warranty service from Driker under this Limited Warranty, buyers must submit a request form with detailed proof of documentations to show the issues of the device. One of the representatives from Driker Electronics will be assigned and follow uo specifically. For further details, please send us an email to clarify beforehand.

5. Is this warranty an insurance?

No, this Limited Warranty is not an insurance, and no buyer or third party is an insured or third party beneficiary.
